He makes her laugh, she smiles with her eyes.

She bats her beautiful brown eyes, and a smile greets his lips.

He squeezes her tight, she cuddles in close.

She teases him, and the silliness begins.

It might have been cloudy outside with a chance of rain but meeting these two sure brightened my day. Their love for one another shows in their interaction together. It was an honor and joy to shoot their engagement session today! Stay posted for their wedding this October!

I know I know, it has been a long time!! 16 days without a blog post! I cannot believe it! So sorry to my faithful followers Since I know I have so many! I would love to know who is checkin this blog out and following me!

Anyways, to the reasons (urrr umm excuses) as to why no blog action has occured. Well we have moved, so that means I have packed boxes and attempted to unpack boxes. Had a sick kiddo and I have been sick for a week or so!! Have I mentioned attempting to unpack boxes? We have had company in town which was great! Let me see… I am sure there are other reasons too, but you don’t want reasons you want to see images right. Well as much as I would love to show you my place full of boxes I will refrain! However since posts are really worthless without photos I will share some images from my latest “shoot”. I say “shoot” because it was of one of my best friends and her fella, and well they didn’t get the full treatment just yet that is! We are saving that for the “rock on the finger” session! To say it was chilly outside today would of been an understatement!! It is COLD! Three troopers decided to go ahead an meet me for their session. Baby #2 is due in 3 weeks and mom really wanted to capture some memories of this little one before he or she arrives. About 20 minutes into our session we were interrupted by some surprising white flakes! Yes my friends, it snowed in November and we were out in it! Regardless of the weather we caught some very sweet moments! Thanks so much for being brave Mr. W and taking pictures with mom and dad! Mom and dad the love you show toward one another and your little ones is heart warming! It truly was a blessing to meet you and create a few memories for your family! I have had an incredibly busy but amazing weekend! I had the honor of working with Dani Snell (check her out www.danisnell.com) at the wedding of Josh and Crystal in Urbana, IL. It was a beautiful day September day with an amazing couple. It was the first time that I had met Josh and Crystal but their amazing smiles welcomed me immediately! There are some couples who just fit together, Josh and Crystal are that  type of couple. After the wedding was over and we were taking portraits of just the two of them you could tell why they both smile so much! There is so much love between the two of them it is infectious! Not only were they smiling but so was everyone else. The bridal party celebrated Josh and Crystal’s love along with them! Thanks again for allowing me to be a part of your special day! Here are some images of their beautiful day!
