Last but not least is one of my best friends!  I suggested she drag her beautiful wedding dress out for an Another Day Session. An Another Day session is a bridal portrait session on another day, I mean think about it… you wear your dress for one whole day. How would you like to have some awesome shots of you in your dress doing something fun, something totally you. It can be after the big day so that there is no stress of it getting dirty or staining the beautiful gown and you can be free to be you.

With that said here are two of my favorite  shots from our session

Brittany, you can totally work it! This is just one of many favorites I have of you!

If you have ever been a bride, you know the anticipation of walking the aisle. Your first thought is “don’t trip” but once you lock eyes with you groom you are officially  light on your feet and tripping is the furthes thing from your mind. I LOVE this image because I feel it portrays that anticipation as the bride squeezes her boquet extra tight, fluffs her dress, straightens her vail, takes a deep breathe and smiles as the door opens and she greets the love of her life.

What happened at the end of the aisle was one of my favorites parts of the day. When Brittany met Jeremy at the end of the aisle he confidently approached her, wrapped his arm tightly around her waist and pulled her as close to him as he could. In this simple gesture he outwardly showed his love, protection and concern for Brittany.

Seriously, I picked up that dress… HOW did you get that much air! Mad skills!

I do not have siblings but if I did I think I would pick Brittany’s brother! His toast honored and esteemed his sister and her new husand. It’s true I had to blink back the tears so I could do my job

As the guests were leaving these two snuck in a little dance all to themselves. Love this.. because this is them!

I am working backwards, Sunday evening I had an engagement session with this delightful couple. We were thankful the rain held off and we were able to get in their session.

Engagement sessions are so much fun because people are in love and it shows. With these two it was the way the talked about and to  each other. Only knowing each other a short time they listen to each other and conitinue to learn about one another. It is apparent they are excited about being married. Wedding planning is in full force and sounds like it will be a great day for the both of them!
